LaSalle Network is currently partnering with a manufacturing organization seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Data Ops Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, availability and quality of our client's data. You will work closely with their data engineering, data science and business intelligence teams to support data pipelines, manage data infrastructure and ensure that data is accessible and reliable for analysis. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in data operations and a strong passion for working with data. This is a 6-month contract opportunity and requires the ability to work onsite on a hybrid schedule.



Data Ops Analyst Responsibilities:



  • Gather, clean and organize marketing data from various sources, including digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, website analytics and marketing campaigns. Conduct in-depth analysis of data to uncover trends, patterns and opportunities

  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data is flowing smoothly and without interruption. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Maintain and optimize data infrastructure, including databases and cloud-based storage solutions

  • Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, website traffic, lead generation and customer engagement metrics

  • Create compelling and insightful data visualizations, charts and dashboards to effectively communicate marketing data to stakeholders. Present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to align data analysis with business objectives. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data is flowing smoothly and without interruption. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Maintain and optimize data infrastructure, including databases and cloud-based storage solutions



Data Ops Analyst Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data management or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in data operations, data engineering or a related role

  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation

  • Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes

  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
