Position: Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer LLM & Generative AI

Location: Palo Alto, CA ( Day 1 Onsite )

Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in DS/ML algorithms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fine-tuning LLMs and building scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Apply DS/ML algorithms to solve complex business and technical problems.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
• Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs using techniques such as LoRA, PEFT, and instruction tuning.
• Prepare, clean, and manage large datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI models into production.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in data science and machine learning algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Proven experience in fine-tuning LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
• Understanding of NLP techniques, transformers, and embeddings.
• Experience with model evaluation, prompt engineering, and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
