Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Data Scientist (R4-R6) to analyze complex data sets, develop predictive models, leverage generative AI, and identify insights to drive business decisions. Understand business problems, develop hypotheses, and test hypotheses with data. Develop and implement machine learning, deep learning algorithms to analyze large data sets. Conduct research to identify emerging trends and technologies. Solve complex business problems with advanced analytics and AI/ML methods and computer vision. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics or a related STEM field and 3 years of experience with developing machine learning algorithms, computer vision, and statistical modeling. Experience must include a minimum of: 3 years of experience with analyzing image data and working with time-series data; 3 years of experience with sensors data and cloud computing platforms including AWS and Azure; 3 years of experience developing and implementing predictive models and deploying models through cloud infrastructures; 3 years of experience reviewing data quality and accuracy; and 3 years of experience with programming languages including Python and R. Part time telecommuting may be permitted. #LI-DNI

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
