Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will use data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques to deliver actionable insights and support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and insights

  • Build, validate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models

  • Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, product, engineering)

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

  • Monitor model performance and improve accuracy

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist

  • Strong programming skills in Python or R

  • Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn

  • Solid knowledge of statistics and probability

  • Strong SQL skills

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)

  • Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms
