Data Scientist - On-Site (The Woodlands, TX)


We're looking for a results-driven Data Scientist to join a collaborative team in The Woodlands, TX. In this role, you'll partner with business performance and IT teams to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable impact. You'll leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to optimize processes, improve decision-making, and shape future AI strategies.


This is an on-site position, 4 days per week, with flexible scheduling options (e.g., 7-4, 7:30-4:30, 8-5). Minimal travel required.




Compensation & Benefits



  • Base Salary: $110K-$125K

  • Bonus: 10%




Key Responsibilities



  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement.

  • Build and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions.

  • Design dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders.

  • Identify future AI use cases and contribute to long-term data strategy.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies to enhance data capabilities.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science roles.

  • Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, optimization, and experimentation.

  • Proficiency with tools and platforms: SQL, Python, Spark/PySpark, Git, Tableau, Databricks, AWS Glue.

  • Experience building production-ready models with proper documentation.

  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with business planning tools like Pigment.
