Data Scientist: NLP & Text Analysis

Location: Elk Grove CA (Hybrid 3 days On-Site and 2 days Remote)

We're looking for a data scientist who knows how to make text data understandable and impactful.

This role is about uncovering insights - not just building models - and communicating them clearly.

Prefer Elk Grove;

Experience needed:

5+ years of hands-on experience using Python for text analysis and NLP

Strong skills in data visualization (Tableau is preferred; Python is ok)

Familiarity with SQL is a plus

In this role, they will:

Analyze and interpret text data using NLP techniques

Focus on generating insights that humans - not just algorithms - can use

Build visualizations that clearly communicate patterns and findings

Collaborate with stakeholders to present insights in engaging, interpretable ways
