Data Stewardship Manager

The Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) Boeing Global Supply Chain & Integration (GSC&I) Systems Tools, & Integration team is seeking a Data Stewardship Manager in Seattle, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; or Ridley Park, PA; or Huntsville, AL. The role is responsible for defining and leading Data Stewardship BDS while aligning it with Boeing's objectives to enable compliance and business value across the enterprise.
The Supply Chain Data Stewardship Manager will work closely with the Enterprise Artificial Intelligence & Data (EAI&D) team as well as cross-functional teams to enable data stewardship across product lifecycle from conception to launch, driving adoption of new data driven products. The role will engage directly with the Supply Chain, business users and stakeholders across BDS and will be accountable for driving data stewardship enabling digital thread, global data classification and data access, unlocking business value and driving culture change.
Additional responsibilities for this role include defining supply chain data stewardship roles and responsibilities, identifying and prioritizing business needs, de-risking product development, monitoring data product performance, driving data maturity and managing enterprise data stewards. Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals. Acquire resources for projects, provide technical management of Supply Chain Data, and lead process improvements. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports is essential. The manager will also provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes, while managing and fostering developmental opportunities for employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
- 5+ years of Supply Chain Experience
- Understanding of principles and practices of Data Enrichment & Data Governance
- 3+years of Experience with Data Analysis & Management
- 3+ years of Leading and/or Managing Project's & Teams
- Willing and able to travel domestically 10-20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Master's Degree or higher
- Experience with navigating through ambiguities and building a highly effective, strong execution team for the overall product success
- Experience in developing strategy and implementation of digital thread concept in industrial domain
- Experience building and leading technical teams in data, digital and analytics within industrial domain
- Experience interfacing between business and technical domains
