Position Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance of clean and accurate Direct Marketing customer information to ensure our mailings get to the customer.
- Train and coach the data hygiene team, managing team schedules and workflows.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to catalog mailings or address-related concerns.
- Work with the Database Manager to resolve any customer information issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Accurate and organized with excellent attention to detail.
