DBA with Postgres(Postgres, MongoDB, Neo4j)

NEED LOCAL TO DALLAS TX FOR INPERON INTERVIEW.

Location: Richardson, TX (hybrid)
Employment Type: Longterm opportunity.

<>Key Responsibilities

  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and indexes across multiple platforms.

  • Manage high availability (HA) and clustering solutions to ensure database uptime.

  • Design and maintain disaster recovery (DR) strategies, ensuring compliance with RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and RPO (Recovery Point Objective) requirements.

  • Implement and enforce RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and other security best practices.

  • Perform performance tuning, query optimization, and index strategy management.

  • Monitor and maintain database health, capacity, and performance metrics.

  • Support backup, restore, replication, and failover operations.

<>Required Skills

  • Strong SQL skills (query writing, optimization, indexing, performance tuning).

  • Deep expertise in Postgres administration (replication, tuning, HA/DR).

  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB (replica sets, sharding, query tuning).

  • Experience administering Neo4j graph databases.

  • Proven background in cluster management, HA, DR, RTO, RPO.

  • Strong knowledge of RBAC, database security, and auditing.

  • Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments and scripting (Bash, Python).
