Job Description
***Qualified candidates must be available to work directly for Rose International on a W2 basis. Not a corp-to-corp opportunity***
***Only candidates located near the Greenville, SC area are to be considered due to the position requiring an on-site presence***

Required Education/Experience:
BS in Engineering or Information Technology or the equivalent of 4 years of professional Database Technology experience

Required Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, specifically versions 2019 through the latest releases
Strong proficiency in T-SQL programming, troubleshooting, and the development of stored procedures and job scripts

Preferred Technical Skills:
Experience with SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS for configuration and deployment is highly desirable

Responsibilities:
Serve as a SQL Server DBA supporting both on-premises environments and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
Provide full lifecycle support, configuration, and management of SQL Server instances
This is a global support role requiring coverage across 24/7 time zones

Additional Details:
After-Hours Work: Weekend and after-hours work is expected
This time is typically planned in advance to ensure the total weekly hours do not exceed 40
Approximately 70% during standard hours and 30% outside of standard hours
Despite the variability, the role is expected to average 40 hours per week
