Day 1 Onsite in Minnesota
Open to relocate in 2 weeks.
Experience - 13Years to 17 Years
Mandatory skill : Very good experience in Databricks, Snowflake and AWS cloud experience
Responsibilities
Team Collaboration and Optimization:
+ Hands-on technical expertise with Data validation in Hadoop and Databricks
+ Leveraging automation in data and platform migration
+ Good experience with Python (pyspark)
+ Ability to communicate and build strong presentation for senior leadership engagement
+ Experience building roadmap and providing steering review
+ Experience understanding foundation data architecture and its application in Analytics
+ Collaborate with multiple Scrum/Kanban teams, optimizing performance and managing team capacity.
+ Cultivate trusted relationships, understand dependencies, and exhibit a comprehensive grasp of product/service offerings. Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment:
+ Identify and engage relevant stakeholders, technology resources, and expertise to foster alignment within projects or programs.
+ Advocate passionately for customer needs and champion agile principles throughout the organization. Initiation and Change Management:
+ Partner with the Community of Practice (CoP) to drive improvement opportunities and enhance team performance using
metrics-based approaches.
Solution Architecture and Product Knowledge:
+ Utilize extensive knowledge of Datamarts, Analytics technologies, ETL tools, and service offerings to guide
decision-making and sequencing.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in understanding dependencies and aligning expectations beyond the scope of the product/service. Qualifications:
+ Passionate advocate for customer needs with a strong grasp of Agile principles.
+ Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Business Stakeholders, Software Engineering, Data Design, CIP, and Infrastructure.
+ Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Jira Align), collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint), reporting tools (e.g., Tableau), and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
+ Expertise in Foundational and Analytics Platforms, Datamarts design and Analytics tools.
+ Proven ability to balance technical knowledge with business acumen in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
+ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
+ Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
+ AWS, Databricks, Snowflake certifications a plus
