Description:

The role is basically a Oracle PL/SQL Datawarehouse Developer with Regulatory Reporting experience, Axion is highly preferred

Technical/Functional expert to join our Regulatory Reporting IT Team. The ideal candidate for this role has the skills to do development, solution design, data analysis and possesses a strong functional knowledge of regulatory reporting topics.
Technically the candidate should be able to develop on PL/SQL.
Functionally the candidate should be able to synthesize user requirements, perform solution design, development, and data validation for regulatory reporting topics (e.g. FR 2052A, FRY-15, etc).
Technical
-Strong knowledge of relational databases like Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL server.
- Oracle Data warehouse and DataMart development using Oracle PL/SQL and Unix. --Developing PL/SQL packages, procedures, Functions, Cursors.
-Releasing/packaging code into production.
-Full understanding of SDLC life cycle.
Functional
- Expert knowledge developing and implementing technology solutions for regulatory reporting with expertise related to the FR 2052a report.
-Ability to create and implement solution designs to achieve business requirements
-Ability to analyze, problem solve and summarize functional subjects
-Ability to perform data validation of regulatory reports
-Self-sufficient and pro-active in sourcing information
Experience:
- 10+ years' experience as a Developer/Analyst in a Financial Institution working on regulatory reporting topics
- Must have experience developing in PL/SQL and analyzing code
- Must have experience working within the regulatory reporting domain
- Must have experience liaising with end-users and technical teams
- Must have experience in functional testing and data validation
