Dayforce Integrations Specialist

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Dayforce Integrations Specialist to support a recent Dayforce implementation focused on the Benefits module. This role will be instrumental in configuring and supporting integrations using Dayforce Integration Studio with various third-party vendors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying file feeds and integrations as part of a migration from PlanSource, with a go-live date set for July. This is a part-time, short-term contract opportunity with flexible working hours, ideal for someone who can work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure integrations using Dayforce Integration Studio
• Build and test file feeds with third-party vendors
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Support file development for benefit-related systems and services
• Conduct testing during business hours as required

Key Integrations Include:

• ARAG Legal Services Enrollment data (Text file)
• SonTiq (TransUnion) Identity Theft Protection enrollment (CSV)
• Inspira Contribution and Benefits Files (TXT files)
• Peak Health Employee data for Aetna and BRMS medical discount (2 CSV feeds)

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Dayforce, specifically Integration Studio
• Proven track record of developing and managing benefit-related file feeds
• Understanding of benefit enrollment data and systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience with file formats: TXT, CSV, and custom text

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting recent Dayforce implementations
• Familiarity with vendors like ARAG, SonTiq, Inspira, Peak Health
