STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more; including internationally in Mexico and India.
We're looking for a Level II IT Support Technician who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments. This role is based at our bustling Work/Entertainment Campus and Studios, where you'll support a diverse community of professionals who rely on you to keep their technology running seamlessly.

What You'll Do
- Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, and smartphones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows 10 and MacOS systems.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize user setups (hardware, software, domain access).
- Deliver face-to-face support across campus - walking between different studio locations daily.
- Manage and track requests through ServiceNow (or a similar ticketing system).
- Collaborate with the IT team, escalating roadblocks when needed.
- Ensure every interaction reflects a customer-first mindset while working independently.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience troubleshooting Windows 10 and basic MacOS environments.
- Strong hands-on skills with desktop, laptop, and mobile device support.
- Ability to remain professional and proactive while working unsupervised.
- A friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable being on the move outdoors while supporting various studio locations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (or other ticketing platforms) is a plus.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $25-30/per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
