3 years+ of enterprise experience (2nd level support), focus on customer service
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies:
MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
Certifications/Licenses: N/A
Top Must have Skills:
Experience with Remote software tools, Lifecycle management
Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
