Desktop Support Technician - Washington, DC
We are currently seeking a motivated, career-oriented, and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Washington, DC. This is an exciting opportunity to begin a challenging career.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading PC hardware and software to ensure optimal workstation performance. This role also involves timely and accurate troubleshooting of issues (in person, via phone, or email), and providing end-user support as needed. Availability to work non-standard hours is required.

- Troubleshoot desktop-related issues using independent research and vendor support.
- Document issues and resolutions using the Remedy ticketing system.
- Create user documentation for new processes and applications.
