Desktop Support Technician
Location: Pittsburgh PA 15212 (Onsite)
Experience: 3+ years
Contract: 6-12+ Months
Requirement:
- 3-5+ years experience in desktop hardware and operating systems.
- 3-5+ years experience with Microsoft 0365 products (Windows, Office, Outlook, Skype, etc.).
- Provide hands-on, in-person technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Independently resolve complex, break/fix issues in person or via telephone
- Perform installations, replacements, upgrades, and other hardware/software related tasks as needed
- Must have exposure to Windows 10 and 11 migrations, user profiles management, data backups.
- Install, configure, and maintain Devices at stores and other sites
- Understanding of windows
- Perform onsite Device maintenance, updates, or configuration changes
- Perform single and bulk IMACDs (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose)
- Provide technical support and setup during special events such as grocery store openings
- Microsoft environment knowledge (desktop & server).
- Perform grand opening standby support
- Proficiency with Windows 10 and 11, Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), SharePoint, and Teams.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components such as Active Directory and printers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
