Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to provide advanced technical support for end users in a dynamic enterprise environment. This role involves troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, managing device lifecycle processes, and ensuring seamless IT operations across office and manufacturing settings.
Responsibilities:
Provide advanced troubleshooting for devices including iOS, printers, unified communications (UC) equipment, servers, and networking hardware.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems (XP/7/10/11), Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, SharePoint, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
Manage full lifecycle of IT assets: ordering, imaging, deployment, and inventory maintenance using ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
Support and maintain LAN/WAN networks, wireless connectivity, firewalls, and Cisco networking equipment.
Perform root cause analysis for escalated incidents and ensure timely resolution in compliance with SLAs.
Document all incidents, resolutions, and workflows accurately in ITSM tools; maintain knowledge base for recurring issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
Provide deskside and remote support for end users in both office and plant floor environments.
Participate in after-hours support as needed for critical issues or scheduled maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments (or 7-9 years applied experience).
Strong knowledge of Windows OS (XP/7/10/11), Windows Server (2003-2019), SQL Server (2003-2019), and Microsoft Office products.
Experience with networking fundamentals, Cisco hardware, LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and firewalls.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues across desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and mobile devices.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar) for ticketing and asset management.
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Citrix environments and remote desktop solutions.
Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell) and automation for deployments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
