Are you ready to gain real-world IT experience in a dynamic, high-tech environment? Our client in North Charleston, SC is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join their team on a long-term contract with the potential to convert to a permanent role. This is a 3rd Shift position (Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM; 1-hour lunch)-perfect for night owls or those looking to break into enterprise-level IT support.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide break/fix support for computing hardware including Windows 10 desktops, laptops, monitors, and light cabling (Dell experience is a plus).
  • Perform re-imaging, software loading, and device deployment to keep systems running smoothly.
  • Respond to support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and deploy hot-swap devices as needed.
  • Conduct proactive walks to identify and resolve trouble spots on the production floor.

What We're Looking For:
  • Certifications like A+, Net+, Sec+, MCP-or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • At least 6+ months of enterprise-level work environment IT support experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
