As we enter a new era of Strategic Weapon Systems, Lockheed Martin is a pioneer, partner, innovator and builder. Our amazing men and women are on a mission to make a difference in the world and every single day we use our unique skills, talents and experiences to design and build solutions to some of the world's hardest engineering problems. Do you want to be part of a culture that inspires employees to envision the impossible, perform with excellence and build incredible products? We provide the resources, inspiration and focus-if you have the passion and courage to dream big, then we want to build a better tomorrow with you.

Bring your experience and passion for engineering to Lockheed Martin, and build the systems which support our nation's defense systems.

At Lockheed Martin Space, we are building the future of space operations by delivering secure, resilient, and automated software solutions. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be a key contributor to mission systems that strengthen space domain awareness and satellite resiliency. You'll apply modern DevSecOps practices to ensure our platforms are secure, scalable, and optimized for rapid delivery.

What does this role look like?

Generate and simulate operational-level plans to explore innovative ways of defending assets in contested space.

Optimize terrestrial and space-based sensors to provide comprehensive situational awareness.

Strategically model and maneuver constellations of satellites to meet evolving mission priorities.

Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using Java and JavaScript.

Develop automated testing frameworks to ensure quality across unit, service-level, and end-to-end tests.

Leverage GitLab, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines in an automation-first environment where "everything is code."

You'll work closely with a collaborative team of engineers, applying modern DevSecOps practices to deliver secure, reliable, and cutting-edge mission software.
