Within the financial technology sector, system reliability and automation are fundamental. This position is for a DevOps Engineer who will contribute directly to the design and implementation of automation for a new managed services product built on AWS. The focus is clear: enabling Citrix deployments in the cloud through structured automation, creating systems that are both efficient and resilient.
The role requires both recent, hands-on experience with Citrix in AWS and the ability to translate those skills into automated, repeatable solutions. It is an opportunity to work on a greenfield initiative within exchange operations, where the technical foundation you establish will determine the effectiveness and scale of the product.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with cloud and infrastructure engineering
- Direct and recent experience setting up Citrix in AWS (Cloud Connector, Storefront, FAS, VDA)
- Strong understanding of SSO approaches for Citrix and advanced PowerShell scripting skills
- Proficiency with Git/GitLab including project creation, file templating, and pipeline management
- Netscaler configuration and administration experience
- Active Directory automations and Ansible for configuration management
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code
- Knowledge of AWS networking concepts
- Hands-On Citrix & AWS Engineering: 70%
- Automation, Collaboration & Process Development: 30%
