Job Details
Core Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Strategy: Designing highly scalable, fault-tolerant architectures across multiple cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Enterprise Automation: Leading the implementation of organizational-wide Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
- CI/CD Leadership: Architecting end-to-end continuous delivery pipelines for complex microservices environments, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid rollback capabilities.
- Security (DevSecOps): Integrating advanced security automation, including SAST/DAST, automated compliance checks, and secure secrets management.
- Reliability & Observability: Setting standard SLOs/SLIs and overseeing advanced monitoring and logging frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to ensure near 100% uptime.
- Mentorship: Directing and training junior DevOps and cloud engineers on best practices and emerging trends like AIOps and GitOps.
Technical Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or System Administration roles.
- Cloud Platforms: Expert-level mastery of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Orchestration: Deep expertise in Kubernetes and Docker for managing large-scale container lifecycles.
- Scripting & Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, and Shell (Bash) for high-level tool development and automation.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
- Certifications: Advanced professional certifications are highly preferred, such as:
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert.
