Job Title: DevOps Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud platforms, infrastructure as code (IaC), and DevOps best practices, with the ability to guide engineering teams in building scalable, secure, and efficient delivery systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end DevOps architectures to support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment across multiple environments.

  • Define and enforce DevOps standards, tools, and automation frameworks.

  • Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

  • Lead the setup and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.

  • Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Collaborate with software development, QA, and security teams to ensure smooth and reliable delivery processes.

  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and cost optimization across hybrid and cloud environments.

  • Drive automation for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment.

  • Evaluate emerging DevOps tools and technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in DevOps architecture or engineering roles.

  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, etc.).

  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).

  • Deep understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or Groovy.

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk).

  • Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and DevSecOps concepts.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert, or Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer.

  • Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) and Kubernetes clusters at scale.

  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and GitOps practices.

Education:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
