- Strong leadership, relationship building and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills in the DevOps domain.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders.
- Ability to interact with infrastructure, product management, QA, and development teams.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer / Consultant and in-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and Github / GitLab.
- Proven experience with QA and CI/CD processes, principles, and best practices.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation tools.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
