Job Title: DevOps Lead
Location: SFO, CA (Onsite)
Duration: Open for FTE & Long term contract
Educational Qualification*
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Certification in DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), or CI/CD tools is preferred
Experience Range
12-15 years
Primary (Must have skills)* - To be Screened by TA Team
5+ years of experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline design
5+ years of hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
3+ years of experience with scripting (Bash, PowerShell) for automation
3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
3+ years' experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and observability frameworks
5+ years' experience in managing cloud-native deployments on Azure

Key technical skills :
Lead the design and implementation of scalable CI/CD pipelines for multi-tenant cloud applications
Architect and automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer stakeholders, developers, QA, and cloud architects
Ensure high availability, performance, and security across environments
Drive DevOps best practices including DevSecOps, FinOps, and compliance-by-design
Act as a technical liaison with customer teams to translate business requirements into DevOps solutions
Soft skills/other skills - To be Evaluated by Hiring Manager (To define how this will be evaluated)
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customer teams and internal stakeholders
Ability to present technical solutions and architecture decisions to non-technical audiences
Experience in managing customer expectations and aligning delivery with business goals
Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead and mentor DevOps engineers across geographies
Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team
Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking:
Proactive in identifying bottlenecks and proposing scalable solutions
Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities
Work Management:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira/Azure DevOps
Regular updates and proactive communication with customer and internal tea
