To be considered, you must have:

  • Ability to work onsite in Princeton, NJ 1-2 days/week.
  • Pharma industry and/or Veeva experience (are key differentiators).
  • 5+ years’experience in digital marketing, project management, or related field.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and development vendors to plan and execute projects on time and within budget.

Our client is looking to hire a Digital Delivery Manager to lead their marketing digital tactics delivery efforts.  As a critical member of their Digital Factory team, you will collaborate closely with creative agencies and development vendors to plan and execute projects on time and within budget. You must possess a solid technical understanding and have excellent project management skills to excel in this role. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, identifying business requirements, and driving solutions through the delivery process. 

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to deliver marketing digital tactics such as websites, banners, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and development vendors to ensure proper planning and execution of projects.
  • Facilitate solution design by gathering basic requirements and working with development delivery teams.
  • Track activities (JIRA) and deliverables with agencies and development teams, ensuring timely completion and quality output.

Required skills/experiences include:

  • Pharma industry and/or Veeva experience (are key differentiators).
  • 5+ years’experience in digital marketing, project management, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of web development principles and technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with expertise in Agile methodologies preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with proven ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Experience with planning, strong documentation skills, able to manage themselves and their work.
  • Experience with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Microsoft 365, Visio, Invision, Workfront, Smartsheet, and/or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

The position is hybrid, WFH and Princeton, NJ 1-2 days / week. The initial contract is 12 months, with extensions likely. Compensation is DOE.
