Title: Digital Product Manager
Location: Torrance, CA - Hybrid
Duration: 18 Months
Rate: Only on W2 (cannot do C2C / 1099 and Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position)
Job Description:
- Looking for a Digital Product Manager to support various websites, customer service agent console, and other digital tools.
- The ideal candidate will oversee product design, development, testing, launch and warranty.
- Experience in Customer Facing and Payments.
- Experience in building a roadmap or business plan aimed at transforming next generation capabilities.
- Able to work with more junior Product Owners and Business Analysts within the team.
- Lead Agile Scrum teams and engage development, marketing, legal and other business / IT / enterprise stakeholders.
- 5-8 years of product management, product development or product operations experience.
- 2-5 years of experience with customer facing top brand digital product.
- Experience driving procurement process from identification of options, evaluations and RFI/RFP selection of tools and vendors.
- Experience in development of budget plans.
- Must have Salesforce Admin Certification (or ability to gain certification in year).
- 2 years of payments, financial services or captive finance industry experience preferred.
