Job Description:

Required:

  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years in digital product ownership or marketing technology roles using Agile methodologies. Experience managing large-scale migrations or digital integrations within highly regulated industries or B2B environments is essential.
  • Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of financial services, including familiarity with various business units within investment banking and financial services firms.
  • Leadership:
  • Proven ability to lead discovery phases, define product vision, set objectives and key results (OKRs), and map user journeys.
  • Experience managing high-visibility digital product initiatives involving technical, legal, operational governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Skilled in driving consensus, managing cross-functional teams, and navigating ambiguity while embracing new challenges.
  • Communication:
  • Ability to clearly convey product vision and provide status updates to stakeholders and executives at all levels.
  • Decision-Making:
  • Comfortable making trade-offs to remove impediments and deliver value iteratively with a focus on minimum viable products (MVPs).
  • Customer Focus:
  • Data-driven decision-making with a strong passion for customer-centric approaches.
  • Leadership:

  • Drive the implementation of the project using agile methodologies in collaboration with technology teams, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Oversee the monitoring and optimization of project outcomes, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.
  • Communicate project status and progress through leadership presentations, providing clear and concise updates to senior management.
