Job Details

An established global manufacturer is embarking on a full-scale digital transformation and is seeking a seasoned SAP leader to spearhead the shift from ECC to S/4HANA. As the Director of SAP, you'll play a key leadership role in reimagining enterprise systems, overseeing ERP strategy and execution, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.

This is a high-visibility role reporting into senior leadership, with oversight of system architecture, global implementation, process optimization, and organizational change. What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Drive the full ERP transformation lifecycle from design through deployment and beyond
  • Align system architecture with strategic business needs across functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.)
  • Lead a blended team of internal staff, consultants, and system integrators through global implementation
  • Oversee planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and roadmap execution
  • Champion best practices in SAP, including process harmonization and data governance
  • Ensure integration of SAP S/4HANA and related technologies (BTP, non-SAP systems, etc.)
  • Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure alignment, readiness, and adoption
  • Establish performance metrics and lead continuous improvement across the ERP landscape
  • Mentor and develop a globally distributed team while fostering innovation and collaboration

What We re Looking For:

  • 12+ years of SAP/ERP experience, including 8+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
  • Deep functional knowledge across core modules (Finance, Order Mgmt, Procurement, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of ERP architecture, solution design, and systems integration
  • SAP certifications (S/4HANA, ECC) required; project management or Lean Six Sigma a plus
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable driving change and modernizing processes in a complex global environment
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor s degree required; Master s preferred
