About the Team
The Operations Division is a best-in-class digital assessment delivery and customer engagement function that supports millions of students and thousands of test centers annually. The Operations team is advancing customer experience using innovative solutions, emerging technologies, and integrated products to enhance the end-to-end delivery of digital assessments and all aspects of customer support. The Knowledge, Learning & Operational Effectiveness team collaborates across all operational functions to design and deliver integrated solutions that power core operations. The mission is to create a connected ecosystem that enables operational efficiency and exceptional customer outcomes.
About the Opportunity
This role will create and update engaging digital learning programs, lessons, and modules that prepare 300 internal Operations Division learners to deliver assessments end-to-end. The position will collaborate with multiple teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create best-in-class digital learning practices, templates, scripts, visual elements, and assessments delivered through the enterprise Learning Management System (LearnUpon).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Deliver Training, Templates, and Artifacts (50%)
- Create detailed design principles and templates for team use.
- Create complex training experiences and deliverables using tools like JavaScript extensions, xAPI, cmi5, and Blender.
- Plan, script, and build engaging, interactive learning artifacts.
- Create visual elements like graphics, exercises, videos, printables, and assessments.
- Use Articulate Storyline 360, SCORM Cloud, and PowerPoint to create and update training artifacts.
Learning Strategy and Standards (30%)
- Recommend training strategy and design standards.
- Ensure ADA compliance for all training artifacts.
- Align training with LMS and knowledge management infrastructure.
Continuous Improvement (20%)
- Incorporate feedback from SMEs and advisors.
- Maintain governance processes for content updates.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years experience designing and creating digital training programs (K 12 preferred).
- Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in digital learning.
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, SCORM Cloud.
- Ability to develop complex learning materials, including simulations and interactive elements.
- Experience with LMS technologies and emerging standards (xAPI, cmi5).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
- Ability to travel 4 6 times a year.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
