The position is onsite in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

Your Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to spearhead our catalog & marketing experience initiatives on the Ingram Micro Xvantage platform. This role requires understanding of product information management, marketing technology & experience deploying these technologies to drive customer growth in a B2B or B2C platform. The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to deliver a product vision, prioritize initiatives informed by data & drive execution with data, engineering, and marketing/sales operations partners. The candidate will lead and grow a 10+ product team.

The Director, Technical Product Management for Ingram Micro's Global Technology and Digital Department will be a key leader on the Product & Platform team. S/he will be responsible for:

Develop, define, and execute the product roadmap for vendor catalog & marketing experiences. Customers for these experiences include vendors, Ingram associates and resellers.

Provide a friction-free experience for the ingestion and management of vendor catalogs, pricing, renewals and other product information through interfaces or APIs.

Continuously improve catalog quality to help search, recommendations, advertising & other teams drive higher conversion rates on Ingram Micro Xvantage .

Work with data, analytics teams to build a comprehensive customer profile and generate customer insights to optimize the customer lifecycle.

Build product capabilities that enable execution of integrated marketing campaigns and journeys off and on platform.

Help launch new marketing and advertising products for resellers and vendors.

Enable partners to assess the effectiveness of various marketing strategies, allowing for data-driven decisions.

Guide the product team that builds catalog & marketing experiences on customer experience design and experimentation.

What you bring to the role:

A bachelor's degree (master's desirable) in computer science, engineering, or related science and math discipline is required.

10+ years of technical product management experience working in a complex international environment with globally dispersed product management teams, building customer experiences for a large B2B or B2C platform.

5+ years of experience managing high performing technical product teams of at least 10 associates.

Experience working with go-to-market teams to drive adoption of products across customers & internal associates.

Prior experience leading large product teams with multiple groups/group product managers.

At least 5 years of marketing tech, ad tech experience or experience in data-powered technologies such as catalog management, search, recommendations preferred.

Knowledge of marketing technologies, including customer data platforms, CRM, SEO, SEM, attribution, ad tech, experimentation platforms preferred.

o Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.

Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority.

Understanding and experience in compliance with data privacy and security laws and regulations.

Direct hands-on experience working with Engineering teams to clearly scope, define, detail, and prioritize product requirements.

Experience developing and launching successful software products.

Management experience reporting metrics, setting standards\\guidelines, implementing process improvements, team performance and management.

Outstanding communication/presentation skills (verbal and written). Should have a high degree of comfort effectively presenting to executive staff, key stakeholders, and large teams.

Experience in working with and coordinating large-scale projects across teams.

Passion for quality and commitment to creating engaging, intuitive experiences.

Experience leading, mentoring, and growing a team of product managers.

Strong interpersonal and talent management skills, including the ability to identify and develop talent.

Ability to work with remote partners and team members via online tools across different time zones with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position may require occasional travel, including international travel.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $158,400.00 - $277,100.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
