Overview:

We're looking for a Director of Estimating & Subcontracting to lead cost modeling, bid strategy, and subcontractor partnerships for innovative smart healthcare projects across the U.S.

In this key leadership role, you'll drive estimating, vendor negotiations, and value engineering, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality outcomes. You'll also play a critical role in shaping procurement strategy and fostering long-term vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all estimating and subcontracting efforts from concept through contract.

  • Develop bid strategies and manage vendor relationships.

  • Oversee subcontractor negotiations and cost control.

  • Drive value engineering and cost innovation on complex healthcare projects.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in estimating and subcontractor management.

  • Expertise in ProEst, WinEst, Sage, or similar tools.

  • Proven experience with large-scale, technology-forward construction projects.

  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel ~50% nationwide.
