Magic Software() Inc has invested in leadership that has vast industry experience in growing and operating ventures within the technology sector and leveraging global talent pools. We have built reusable frameworks and technology IP that focuses on delivering digital solutions. We have specifically built expertise in building digital solutions that leverage content digitization and unstructured data. The digital solutions leverage automation frameworks and tools to improve Learning outcomes and Operational Efficiencies in specific functions (K12 STEM or Trading) within an industry (Education or Financial Services). Magic Software Inc is fully owned by Solmark (), a Washington, DC based Private Equity firm.

  1. Will need to understand the Digital Learning Products landscape and partner ecosystem
  2. Hands on sales, revenue growth responsibility
  3. Be able to articulate technology solutions, proposal making, and contract negotiations for outsourcing services
  4. May have to hire and build a team of 1 or 2 junior sales team members

The following is a plus to have but not essential:

  1. Savvy with digital marketing, social media, etc
  2. Should be able to lead inside sales teams and digital marketing initiatives

Must Haves:

  1. Experience in selling technology outsourcing services to universities. Should have a ready rolodex in the North American university and Ed Tech markets
  2. Ability to do hands-on sales, prospecting, networking
  3. Ability to create a Business plan to forecast revenue
  4. Ability to lead meetings with CXOs on the client side
  5. Familiar with Hubspot CRM, and the ability to run and manage sales campaigns
  6. Exposure to University, EdTech, or Publishing/Media Industries
  7. Nice to Have: -
    1. Experience in selling analytics and integration services
    2. Understanding of technology and content business in the education markets especially university, publishing, and EdTech segments
    3. Partnerships with the technology and industry ecosystem in the eLearning business - example CMS, CRM, CIM, Courseware Authoring companies, Assessment/certification bodies, and industry associations.
