• The candidate should have Dynamics 365 CRM BA experience in Automotive projects

POSITION OVERVIEW :

• MS Dynamics 365 CE Functional/BA

• As a MS Dynamics Functional Consultant/BA, you will take end-to-end ownership of the Dynamics 365 implementation and be responsible for the scope of the project.
• The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and technical environment to achieve the optimal solution.
• You will need to be hands-on in terms of client engagement and technology implementation. Another key aspect of the role will be training and supporting multiple users of these business applications across the different end users you will be working with, by running workshops and assisting with the training materials.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Working closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and technical environment to achieve the optimal solution.
• Hands-on in the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE Functional/BA with automotive experience
• End-to-end tasks including:
• Project scoping
• Analysis
• Design
• Functional documentation
• Configuration
• Testing
• Mentoring and training
• Go-live support
• Assist in the development of training materials.
• Ensure and maintain quality and functionality.

Skills and experience preferred:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in software development project implementation.
• Minimum of 5+ Years in Dynamics 365 CE Functional/BA role with Sales and Service and automotive experience.
• Minimum of 3+ year in Automotive experience as must.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale ERP projects and managing their implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CE
• Analytical mindset and organized structure.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to consult face to face.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Microsoft certified in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
