Job Details
Provides a dedicated support resource for all clinical applications within the health system as dictated by all applicable needs. This member of the Information Technology department supports the Clinical Informatics team through technical support, workflow development, and creates computer led solutions for clinical applications. The Clinical Informatics Support Analyst functions within the Information Technology department in the technical support of clinical documentation, provider order entry, quality, and system implementation adaptation in addition to issue resolution as needed to optimize clinical care.
Education
High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Two years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.
Licenses & Certifications
*NONE REQUIRED
Qualifications
*Demonstrated knowledge of software testing and training while providing proven customer service.
*Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook and Word.
*Experience in facilitating change management and presents self as a formal and informal change agent to business owners and peers.
*High School Diploma or GED. Associate or Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Applications field preferred.
*Minimum of two years of related experience supporting healthcare related software.
*Preferred experience with Epic, Meditech, Dragon, CBORD, and Ambient listening software applications.
