Subject Matter Expert (EHR)/ EPIC Integration Developer

As a Subject Matter Expert (EHR) you will .
- Assist in Implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting Acqueon call center software solutions in a wide array of EPIC customer environments.
- Provide training and educational materials to Acqueon teams on how to most effectively work with EPIC systems, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Accurately document technical issues, escalations, and customer interactions related Acqueon's healthcare customers.
- Collaborate closely with product development teams to integrate Acqueon products with EPIC EHR systems using EPIC APIs.
- Diagnose problems accurately and work to find appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with customers and prospects to understand and translate the configurations in customer's EPIC instances to meet integration requirements for various provider workflow use cases.
- Proactively analyze technical requirments and processes to provide Acqueon and their customers with best in class resources related to EPIC.
- Stay up-to-date with regulations and standards relevant to EPIC.
- Technically assist Acqueon during pre sales, implementation, and post sales cycle.
- Assist in troubleshooting for highly escalated healthcare customers.
- Review common technical challenges encountered by support, implementation, product, and sales to formulate training curriculums.
As a Subject Matter Expert (EHR) in Acqueon you will need .
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, health information management, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with EPIC systems in a healthcare setting, with demonstrated expertise in system implementation, customization, and support.
- Knowledge on how outbound campaign management works using Epic Cheers module is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution.
- Project management experience, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
- Proficiency with EPIC APIs, including experience with system configuration and optimization.
- Knowledge of clinical workflows and best practices in healthcare delivery, with a focus on leveraging technology to improve patient care.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving SaaS environment, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Certifications such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) or Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist (CEHRS) preferred.
- Ability and desire to work onsite or hybrid in Acqueon's Dallas location.
