Job: ERP Functional Consultant NetSuite & Coupa
Location: Redwood City, CA (Onsite from Day 1)
Hire Type: Full time
Job Summary:
- Lead and support NetSuite ERP and Coupa integration, and enhancement projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal) to streamline end-to-end processes.
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules such as Procurement, Accounts Payable, GL.
- Manage Coupa modules including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoicing, Supplier Management, and Expenses.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and end-user training.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 10 years of overall ERP experience with hands-on expertise in NetSuite and Coupa.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Financials Experience with system integrations between NetSuite and Coupa.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a support/enhancement's environment.
