Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Product Manager/Program Manager to oversee enterprise ERP initiatives and ensure successful execution across strategy, governance, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a product mindset, strong program management skills, and experience managing ERP programs in complex enterprise environments. This role requires a strong communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders, drive team cohesiveness, and align ERP programs with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ERP program lifecycle including timeline, resources, RAID (Risk/Assumption/Issue/Decision) items, and governance.
- Define and maintain the ERP Program Roadmap, strategic plan, and governance framework.
- Oversee and coach multiple ERP project teams, ensuring alignment to program objectives.
- Develop and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for ERP Product Owner teams.
- Lead executive-level presentations, stakeholder communications, and change management plans.
- Facilitate ERP stakeholder meetings and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support stakeholder engagement, drive problem-solving sessions, and identify solutions for business pain points.
- Own and maintain ERP content across SharePoint and Confluence for visibility and documentation.
- Support team development, cohesion, and collaboration across ERP initiatives.
