Job Title: ERP Programmer Analyst Location: Tallahassee, Florida (Fully Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months with possible extension
Required skills: SAP BW/4HANA, HANA (BW on HANA),State client experience
Job Description: Minimum 3 years of experience:
a. SAP BW/4HANA
b. Functional SAP experience
c. Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including:
o Requirements Gathering
o Functional Design Documentation
o Resource Planning
o User Acceptance / System / Integration Testing
o Implementation & Post-Go-Live Support
o Ongoing Maintenance and Enhancements
Minimum 2 years of experience:
a. SAP Business Warehouse on HANA (BW on HANA)
Knowledge of:
a. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and/or Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
principles
b. Basic architecture of S/4HANA
c. Core components and structure of BW/4HANA
Preferred Experience:
a. Familiarity with FDOR CAMS systems
b. SAP BW/4HANA-related certifications
c. Hands-on experience with Business Warehouse functionality in SAP
d. Background in Child Support Programs, with understanding of:
o Federal reporting requirements
o Performance accountability measurements
Assist in the periodic review and revision of the Operations and Maintenance sections of the CAMS Enterprise Project Plan. Provide opinions and guidance to the CAMS Project Manager.
Use the Project Management tool to record time and progress reporting. Assist in the development of project plans. Manage incidents using the Department tool.
Follow established plans and processes. Provide recommendations for updates as requested.
Perform a preliminary impact assessment of any support requests and provide an impact analysis that covers impact to cost, resources, hardware, software, schedule, and any downstream impact to other IT systems, projects or programs as requested. Lead and manage support requests as assigned. Complete assigned support request related work.
Provide opinion on potential and proposed changes to CAMS by the Department. This may include options and suggestions for alternatives, as well as an impact analysis that covers impact to cost, resources, hardware, software, schedule, and any downstream impact to other IT systems, projects, or programs.
Attend meetings related to CAMS Operations & Maintenance, and any CAMS related
modifications or enhancements. Schedule and lead meetings and provide agendas,
presentations, minutes, issue, and decision papers.
