Description

We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to join our team on a Contract-to-Permanent basis in Malvern, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will leverage your expertise with Snowflake and ETL processes to design and implement efficient data solutions. This position also involves working with Salesforce data integration and supporting financial services operations.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and transformation.
Utilize Snowflake to source, manage, and optimize data pipelines.
Collaborate with Salesforce teams to analyze functionality and determine the best approaches for data accessibility.
Implement data engineering solutions to support business needs within financial services.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain system performance.
Develop and maintain documentation for ETL workflows and processes.
Ensure data integrity and security throughout the development lifecycle.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on ETL and Snowflake usage.

Requirements

Proficiency in ETL processes and tools with a strong understanding of data transformation and integration.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including managing and sourcing data pipelines.
Familiarity with Salesforce functionality and its role in data integration.
Background in financial services or similar industries is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to troubleshoot data-related issues.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams.
Ability to document workflows and maintain accurate technical records.
