Hiring Electrical Engineering Technician
Franklin Fitch is partnering with a growing engineering team and is in search of a dependable Electrical Engineering Technician to support testing, repair, troubleshooting, documentation, and manufacturing training activities. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable collaborating with both Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
- Direct Hire $65K - $75K
- Must work onsite Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Take direction from Engineering and provide guidance or instruction to Manufacturing when needed.
- Create and maintain Work Instructions; train Manufacturing personnel on testing procedures.
- Conduct product testing using test racks and ovens; prepare detailed test reports.
- Assemble and maintain test fixtures.
- Perform occasional repairs and rework on equipment or components.
- Ability to occasionally lift or assemble test fixture trays or equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an Electrical/Electronic Technician.
- Ability to read electrical/electronic schematics and layouts.
- Strong understanding of low-voltage electronic components and functionality.
- Experience performing tests in an oven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for creating test reports.
