Electrical Maintenance Mechanic

Electrical Production Maintenance Mechanic

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Production Electrical Maintenance Mechanic to ensure the optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
  • Repair and replace faulty components in machinery and equipment as needed.
  • Install new machinery and equipment while adhering to safety protocols and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment repairs.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address mechanical issues and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

  • Journeyman Electrical License
  • Proficiency in working with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
  • Strong background in preventive maintenance practices.
  • Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent mechanical skills and understanding of machinery and circuitry.
