We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects within the construction industry, specifically focusing on commercial, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and tracking expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, outlining progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in electrical construction.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects in commercial, healthcare, and mixed-use environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
