A globally leading technology company is looking for an Electrical Test Engineer to join their dynamic team. Job Responsibilities:
- Execute battery EE level tests and provide accurate result report.
- Generate KPI for day to day lab activities.
- Review BMU schematics and layout to verify conformance and to determine
testability.
- Conduct investigations and prepares reports to support investigations.
- Write plans, co-develops procedures and analyzes data for validation activities.
- Run complex test setups using high accuracy test equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment and sample issues, maintaining and solving test
equipment problems as needed.
- Use various types of measurement equipment to test batteries and cells.
Required Skills:
- 3 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of EE bench test equipment and their proper application (oscilloscopes, meters, data loggers, power supplies, etc.).
- Extensive hands-on lab experience with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Ability to rely on data to justify technical decisions and clearly explain technical issues.
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills, curiosity, and adaptability to fast-paced team environments.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently under pressure and thrive in dynamic settings.
- Demonstrated success in conducting tests, processing results, and summarizing data effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with test platforms, including automated test equipment, and experience with data acquisition and instrumentation control software (e.g., Python or similar test scripting).
Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months (with a possibility for extension)
Work Location: Cupertino, CA (On-site)
Pay rate: $41.00 - $56.00 (DOE)
