Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Program, configure, and support advanced security and surveillance systems remotely.
• Work directly with leading platforms including Entre, Software House Secure, Bosch, DMP, Brivo, Lenel S2, Honeywell, and Genetec.
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming or configuration issues in partnership with field technicians.
• Provide remote technical expertise to ensure client systems are set up correctly, optimized, and fully functional.
• Maintain accurate documentation of programming standards, configurations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience and/or certifications in one or more security platforms (Entre, Software House Secure, Bosch, DMP, Brivo, Lenel S2, Honeywell, Genetec, or similar).
• Strong background in security system installation, programming, or integration.
• A desire to transition from field installation to an office-based, programming-focused role.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
