Job Details

Title: Email Data Campaign Specialist

Location: 100 % Remote

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Ideal Candidate:

  • A team player that has an in-depth working knowledge of Responsys Interact.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to grasp new concepts quickly, be technical in nature, and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure marketing emails are executed correctly.
  • Someone who likes solving complex puzzles and has an automation mentality.
  • Required soft skills good communicator, comfortable working on multiple projects at once, willing to pitch in where needed.

Software they would they be using

  • SQL: 3+ years preferred, 1+ year required
  • Responsys Interact (of other ESP): 3+ years preferred, 1+ year required

MUST-HAVE:

  • Experience using Responsys system or other ESP
  • SQL
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical challenges to non-technical audiences

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of campaign management software experience
  • 3+ years experience working with marketing automation solutions
  • 3+ years experience working in or directly supporting marketing

Planning & Navigating Requirements:

  • Advocates and executes direct marketing strategies in support of Client company and marketing goals.
  • Supports the breadth of email needs from unique to dynamic emails driven from data.
  • Creates and manages workload to meet hard-deadlines and adapts to agile business demands.
  • Executes on both ad-hoc promotional campaigns and automated scheduled programs.
  • Executes from project plans for direct marketing efforts.
  • QA checks and troubleshoots UAT proofs to ensure strong execution and quality.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Able to translate technical explanations to non-technical parties.
