End User Computing (EUC) Consultant
Houston, TX

Note - We need someone who can travel once in a while.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in End User Computing, IT Support, or Desktop Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows OS, Active Directory, M365, Exchange, Intune, SCCM
- VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware, AVD, Horizon, or WVD)
- Endpoint security and compliance solutions
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, or Python) for automation.
- Experience with patch management, OS upgrades, and application lifecycle management.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, ITIL, Citrix CCA-V, VMware VCP, or Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Exposure to cloud-based EUC solutions (Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, AWS Workspaces).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or ITSM tools.
