Overview:
As an IT ETRM Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the Openlink RightAngle system used in crude marketing operations. This position demands strong skills in system support, excellent communication abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly interact with end-users, developers, and management to support and improve the RightAngle system.
- Accurately document issues and enhancement requests, providing detailed information for the development team.
- Address and resolve queries from end-users, especially concerning data-related problems.
- Develop and maintain functional design documentation for the system.
- Undertake analysis, testing, and deployment of system upgrades, patches, and custom developments in RightAngle.
Requirements:
- Proficient with Openlink RightAngle S14 or higher
- Proven customer service excellence with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- 1-5 years of experience in application support.
- In-depth understanding of SQL and relational database principles.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle models like Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience using ticketing systems, such as Remedy.
- Knowledge of the entire data flow in RightAngle, including trade capture, contract management, lease center, credit, risk, scheduling, inventory, and settlements.
- Ability to craft complex pricing provisions and report views.
- Skill in testing business scenarios in RightAngle, from deal capture to invoicing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Self-starter, able to quickly evaluate situations and develop effective solutions.
