Position Summary
Research, design and develop large-scale production-level deep learning algorithms, models, and systems for Samsung advertising service.
Role and Responsibilities
Duties: Research, design and develop large-scale production-level deep learning algorithms, models, and systems for Samsung advertising service. Design and develop deep learning algorithms for real-world advertising products. Analyze user needs and create quick prototypes and proof-of-concepts. Design experiments, perform evaluations, and apply enhancements to digital advertising products. Deliver production-grade machine learning products from end to end. Interface with multiple stakeholders to manage their expectations and ensure smooth execution of projects. Design, develop and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. Take initiative to address technical challenges and tackle open problems. Closely work with the machine learning platform team to improve the machine learning infrastructure. Analyze complex problems and make proper technical recommendations. Research the latest machine learning technologies and keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Ideate new projects with significant business value and create proof of concepts. Introduce and enforce best engineering practices and streamline the machine learning development and deployment processes.
Minimum Education Required: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Minimum Experience Required: Five (5) years of experience as an Engineer II, Machine Learning or related occupation in machine learning algorithm engineering, user behavior modeling, and data analysis.
Alternate Education Required: Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Alternate Experience Required: Two (2) years of experience as an Engineer II, Machine Learning or related occupation in machine learning algorithm engineering, user behavior modeling, and data analysis.
Special Requirements: The 5 years of experience with Master's degree, or 2 years of experience with PhD degree, must have included:
Experience in data structures, algorithms, and deep learning libraries, including TensorFlow and Keras; Experience in Python and Java programming languages; Experience with Amazon Web Services; Experience with big data tools, data pipelines, RDBMS, and NoSQL databases; and Experience with real-time bidding (RTB) ecosystem.
Salary: $210,000.00 - $240,000.00/year
