Compensation:
Pay Range: $34.68-$51.00 Per HR
Description:
Design and build virtual agents for voice and digital channels.
Define models, intents, entities, and conversation flows.
Develop services using cloud functions or external services.
Integrate with enterprise platforms.
Enable call handoff and escalation.
Configure, deploy, and maintain systems in contact center environments.
Ensure secure and optimized traffic flow between platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage routing rules and policies.
Collaborate on dial plan design and signaling analysis.
Perform end-to-end call flow validation across platforms.
Use tools for performance tuning and reporting.
Qualifications:
Experience in designing and implementing virtual agents.
Knowledge of models, intents, and conversation flows.
Proficiency in developing services using cloud functions.
Experience in integrating with enterprise platforms.
Understanding of secure and optimized traffic flow.
